Judy has called North Carolina home since the mid nineties. A former industrial engineer and math teacher in upstate New York, she’s got the analytical skills that real estate demands. She places high importance on the personal connections she makes with her clients establishing trusted, lasting relationships. Judy serves as the leader and listing specialist of her team, coaching homeowners through the selling process. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction each new transaction brings.

Jeff is a seasoned professional with a background in consumer advocacy, customer service, communications and consulting. An integral member of our team, Jeff handles the many auxiliary tasks that are essential to the buying and selling processes, and assists with preparing and showing properties. Jeff has extensive knowledge of the area including the growing number of 55+ communities. As an avid golfer, Jeff also has familiarity with our area’s many golf courses and golf communities.

Allison grew up in the Triangle, graduated from Chapel Hill’s Emerson Waldorf School and UNC Asheville, and has amassed extensive knowledge of our area, the state, schools and resources. With years of experience in the service industry, Allison knows the importance of thoroughly understanding client needs while helping to make the best property fit, always keeping priorities in sight. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and works tirelessly helping them achieve their buying goals.

Laura enjoyed a 15-year career in property management prior to joining our team. She is a licensed real estate agent and applies all of her experience and talents in management and marketing to her role as the team's Executive Assistant. As Transaction Coordinator, Laura’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail and passion for customer service ensure that each one of our clients has an exceptional experience buying and selling with our team.
